Language Link provides textbooks, workbooks, audio, and online activities for language learning and citizenship preparation. You may use materials made available to you for your own study and use our programs to teach your students, subject to these terms and any specific permission supplied with the materials.

Please use the programs respectfully and lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to distribute harmful content.

Teachers may print and photocopy Language Link textbook and workbook pages as needed for students in their own classes, without requesting separate permission. Please retain copyright notices and attribution. This permission does not include resale, public uploading, or redistribution of digital books or audio files.

This permission applies to Language Link-owned materials. For another use, please contact us. You are welcome to share links to our public program pages so students and colleagues can visit them directly.

Original Language Link text, recordings, artwork, and website content are protected by copyright. Except for the classroom permission above, another express permission, or a use allowed by law, please obtain permission before copying, reselling, publicly uploading, or redistributing our digital books, audio, or program files.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and permissions. Public-domain materials remain in the public domain. These terms do not limit fair use or other rights and exceptions provided by applicable law. See our Copyright & Permissions page for more information.

Language Link provides tools to help you learn. Results vary with regular practice, prior experience, and individual circumstances. Completing lessons or reaching a practice score does not guarantee a particular level of fluency, examination result, or other outcome.

Progress records are learning aids. Please keep a separate record if you need a permanent classroom or assessment record.

Language Link is an independent educational program and is not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our Citizenship materials support study and practice; they are not legal advice or a decision about your eligibility for naturalization.

A practice score does not guarantee success in an interview or approval of an application. Before your interview, check official USCIS resources for the test that applies to you, current requirements, and current answers. Some answers depend on where you live or who holds office.

Beta programs are being tested and improved. Features, lesson presentation, and content may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will work on every device and browser.

Please send us any problems you find, including the program, lesson, and device you were using. Avoid including student names or other sensitive information in screenshots and feedback.

You control whether to allow microphone access where recording is offered. On shared devices, teachers should manage student profiles and remove saved information when appropriate. Our Privacy page explains what the current programs save, how recordings work, and how to clear local data.

Saved browser progress can be lost if site data is cleared or the browser removes it. Local profiles are not password-protected student accounts and do not automatically synchronize between devices.

We may revise these terms as Language Link develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any future purchase or subscription will have its applicable terms presented separately before you complete that transaction.
